CATspeed Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You may return your order, or any part of your order, for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. You must register your return within 14 days from receipt of your order and send the goods back to the retailer according to their instructions without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from registering your return.

To start the returns process:

1. If returns information was included in your package, please follow those instructions to return the package directly to the retailer. There is no need to notify us of your wish to return an order if you have the details that you need. 
2. If not, visit our Contact Us page and send us a message to receive a return information with specific instructions. 

Important note: All orders must be returned directly to us through the PO Box address. Please do not return any items to the home address.

We will not accept liability for any goods returned. Goods must be returned following these guidelines. 

• Goods returned must be in original condition with tags. 
• Goods returned within the allowable 14 days from registering your return.
• No returns on change of mind or decision.
• All returns will be sent back at buyer's expense
